It is my great pleasure to welcome you to Ammaiappar Polytechnic College, run by Ammaiappar Charitable Trust. This institution was established for providing technical enlightenment to the rural youth community and makes them socially responsible citizens. We are constantly reviewing our set up to update and improve while making sure that students gain thinking skills, analytical frameworks, interpersonal and communication skills which will be advantageous to them in the future. We also ensure to provide students with a supportive and welcoming environment in which they will be encouraged to develop themselves personally and professionally.

We prepare students for a bright and positive future in the world of work or of further study. We develop and motivate the students to “Earn While you Learn” activities. Training and placement cell of APC is active throughout the year. It takes the utmost care to place every student in the best place with the best package. It also works to bridge the gap between industry and institution by arranging seminars and workshops engaged by the industry experts and academic experts. The campus of APC consists of huge classrooms, well-equipped laboratories, seminar hall, auditorium, full-fledged library, computer center with the latest systems, software and internet facilities, hygienic cafeteria, and a pleasant atmosphere.

 

With necessary infrastructural facilities and staff strength to an institution of national importance, being the Principal of this esteemed institution, my resolution is to raise the standard of education to a higher level than the minimum standards determined by the statutory regulatory authorities. There is ample scope in co-curricular and extracurricular activities at APC wherein the students are encouraged to show their talents. A good education is a foundation for a secure, prosperous, and exciting future. Our students, the learners of today, are well trained to face the challenges of a highly competitive future.
